On September 8, 1988 Michael received a special award by London’s Wembley Stadium management for setting a new record for playing more dates at Wembley Stadium than any other artist! His 7 sell-out concerts were attended by 504’000 people, a number so high no other artist had managed to do the same before him. A distinction that earned him another entry in The Guinness Book Of World Records.
